Achieve a high level of esthetics combined with the best durability in one visit. The Cerec 3D system simplifies and accelerates the fabrication of ceramic restorations for anterior and posterior teeth including porcelain Crowns, Inlays ,Onlays and Veneers

CEREC is a computer-aided design and ceramic restoration system that allows us to create permanent restorations in our office. That means we can design, fabricate, and place an incredibly esthetic ceramic restoration in a single visit!

Computer Digital Radiography (CDR)

digital xrayDental x-rays can now be taken using sensors that transmit the image directly into a computer monitor. This larger image helps the patient understand the doctor's explanations more easily and enables the doctor to "zoom in" on a specific area of the tooth. An important advantage to this new technology is that it reduces the amount of radiation by 90%. Digital x-rays are also faster. The digital image only takes a minute or two to appear in the monitor. In addition, this new technology is friendly to the environment since no chemicals are needed for developing the image.

DIAGNOdentDIAGNOdent

One of the most important things we do for our patients is to identify and fill cavities. Since even the smallest spot of decay can threaten the integrity of the entire tooth, finding and filling cavities is the key to preventing further problems of all kinds. Historically, that’s why lengthy poking and prodding sessions have been an acceptable, if not very comfortable, part of typical dental exams. However, many people don’t realize that these methods of decay detection are only 50% to 75% successful. Cavities often hide along fissure lines, or inside biting or occlusal surfaces. Further, these mechanical exploratory methods are limited to finding only those cavities that are equal to or larger than the probe head. For all these reasons, we’ve invested in DIAGNOdent: a revolutionary new, thorough means of detecting cavities, so your exam can be fast, easy, and nearly imperceptible.

Toothprints

toothprintsWe are providing you a service we hope you never have to use.

This system is able to assist authorities in tracking a missing child or teen and help to make a positive identification. Few children have fingerprints taken and the successful fight against tooth decay has left many children with no cavities and few dental records.

When Toothprints is taken, sufficient proteins in the saliva remain on the wafer from which a DNA test can be successfully performed for yet a second means of identification from Toothprints. Since the Toothprints wafer is sealed in a “zipper”-type plastic bag, enough scent remains for a trained dog to identify and track with it.

Vizilite

toothprintsThe lesions which are encountered in the oral environment range from the obvious, to those which are difficult to find due to colorations which are similar to surounding tissues, or lack of induration or prominence. The chemolucent ViziLite is a single use, disposable aid to the discovery of suspect tissues. The wavelength of the illumination from the ViziLite is absorbed by normal tissues and reflected back by abnormal tissues, allowing them to stand out from the surrounding tissues, and making them easier to identify and find. As with all cancers, early detection is the key to successful treatment and a reduction in morbidity. The ViziLite is a useful aid to early discovery.

BioPhotonic Scanner

toothprintsDo you take suppliments?

Do you know if they work?

Much research has been done to determine the natural, health processes that take place in the human body to find how nutritional supplements can enhance these functions and improve overall health. By taking the correct supplements, in the right doses, we can now scan the body and obtain an immediate reading.
